Matt Garten has grown up in the Real Estate and Auction business. Since the age of 3 he could be found on Saturdays at his father’s feet holding up items for sale while the chant rang out. From there Matt moved into setting up sales, displays, listing sales, and taking bids while in high school and college.
In 2000 Matt obtained his auction license and began officially “crying” bids for Greenway’s. Matt now holds auction and Real Estate Broker’s licenses in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. He specializes in Auctions, and Commercial Real Estate sale and leasing.
