Greenways Real Estate and Auctions is fully licensed, bonded, and insured and can handle your auction at any time, at any place. The number one concern of our auction team is to meet the needs and wants of every seller for whom we have the opportunity to work. When comparing auction firms, average is not enough. Remember, a successful auction doesn’t just happen, it is planned that way.

The word “auction” is one of the most recognized and stimulating words in the world today. No word equals its power to instantly produce serious cooperation and individual buyers with money in hand. Explosive growth in the popularity and acceptance of the auction method of marketing for the conversion of assets to cash has accelerated the need for today’s sophisticated, comprehensive, and efficient approaches to the marketing support aspects of the auction process.

Although Casey has been living in “Wild & Wonderful” West Virginia for a decade now, she is originally from Alleghany County, Virginia. After moving to The Greenbrier Valley, she immediately fell in love with the people and community and knew she wanted to live there permanently. She considers herself “at home” in Lewisburg, where she resides with her husband Corey, son Layne, and daughter Charlotte (Charlie). She still has strong roots in Virginia, so she feels a strong connection to both states.

Casey has been involved in the customer service and hospitality industry for close to 20 years, most recently spending over 13 successful years at the famous Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs. For years, her love of people, diligent work ethic, attention to detail, and countless other attributes have been channeled into serving others. She brings these qualities to her real estate career, which she is dedicated and passionate about.

Casey’s decision to dive into the world of real estate is something that she had considered for some time. She says, “I’ve always been drawn to helping others. The sale or purchase of a home is a huge milestone, and that is something I’d love to help guide people through. I may not be able to change the world through selling one property, but that one property can change someone’s world. By navigating my clients through the process, I hope to make the experience enjoyable and memorable for them”.

In her first year of actively selling real estate, she sold over $4,000,000 worth of property, working with both sellers and buyers, selling residential and land/farm property.

In her spare time outside of the real estate office, you can find Casey cheering on her son at a sporting event, spending time with family, working out, or training fitness clients. She is an avid fitness enthusiast and a nationally qualified amateur bodybuilder, who competes in the Wellness Division. Her tenacity and commitment from competing are valuable attributes that she also utilizes in the workplace for her clients. Casey is thrilled to join Greenway’s Real Estate & Auction Co.  and is on standby to help you buy your dream home or sell your current one. She is highly motivated and committed to serving you!
